He was formerly the Director of E&P Consulting, and General Manager of Nexen. He worked as Senior Drilling Engineer with Shell for 15 years.

Paolo is AGRRI’s advisor from Turboden, an Italian/Japanese firm and global leader in the design, manufacture, and maintenance of Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) systems, highly suitable for distributed generation that produces electricity exploiting multiple sources such as the renewable geothermal energy resource.

Rashid is an expert in seismic interpretation for various projects in salt prone basins, thrust belt environments, and rift basins. He also conducts regional and basin scale structural interpretation using potential field data with the aim of focusing subsequent exploration programs; international and in-house stress field surveys analysis to identify subsurface geologic features, including Integration of SFD® data with other geophysical and geological data sets; and models and invert potential field data (SFD, gravity, gravity gradiometer and magnetic) with structural and rock property constraints from seismic and well data. Rashid liaisons and supports SFD survey operations and data interpretation.
